What has been updated in our cash games?

We’re updating the cash game lobby, changing how players take a seat at the table. This update aims to make your experience smoother and more beginner-friendly.

What’s changing?

At certain stakes, table and seat selection will no longer be available. Instead, when you join a game, you’ll be automatically placed at a table.

This means:

• A cleaner, simpler lobby with just one entry per stake.
• It’ll be easier to find your preferred game.
• It creates a more welcoming environment for newer and less experienced players.

Which games does this affect?

The change applies to these game types and stakes:

Game type	Stakes
No Limit Hold’em	Up to and including $1/$2
Pot Limit Omaha (4, 5, 6 card)	Up to and including $1/$2
Other No Limit or Pot Limit games	Up to and including $1/$2
Fixed Limit Hold’em, Omaha, Draw, Badugi	Up to and including $1/$3
Fixed Limit Stud, Razz	Up to and including $3/$6
6+ Hold’em	Up to and including $2 ante

What about higher stakes?

For higher stakes games (e.g. $2.50/$5 and above for No Limit and Pot Limit games), table and seat selection will still be available.

We know that player dynamics and table-starting are important at these levels, and we want to have that flexibility.
