Yes, Flutter Group has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can in principle be reached at email@example.com. However, according to Swiss gaming laws and in line with Swiss data protection laws, all queries should be sent to Casino Davos through.
Flutter Group receives your personal data from Casino Davos and through your use of the poker platform.
In accordance with data protection laws, Flutter Group will only process your personal data when we have a lawful basis for doing so in respect of your personal data.
